Policy 01
Cancellation & Refund
Cancellations made more than 72 hours before departure receive a
100% full refund of the deposit — no questions asked.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of departure are subject to a
20% cancellation fee, deducted from the deposit amount.
To cancel or modify your booking, please contact us via WhatsApp at least 72 hours in advance to avoid any fees.
Policy 02
Weather & Force Majeure
If the tour is cancelled due to unsafe weather conditions or
force majeure, a 100% full refund of the deposit will be issued.
Alternatively, the booking can be rescheduled to another available date,
subject to mutual agreement between both parties.
Safety is our absolute priority. We monitor weather conditions daily and will notify you as early as possible if conditions are unsuitable for sailing.
Policy 03
Booking & Deposit
A deposit is required to confirm your reservation. This secures your preferred date and time slot.
Bookings should be made at least 24 hours in advance. For same-day bookings, please contact us directly via WhatsApp to check availability.
Group and private charter bookings are confirmed upon receipt of deposit. Remaining balance is due on the day of departure.
Policy 04
Safety & Conduct
All guests must follow crew safety instructions at all times. Life jackets must be worn during water activities.
Alcohol is available on board. However, guests who appear to be dangerously intoxicated may be asked to sit out water activities for their own safety.
Children under 12 must wear life jackets during all water activities. Parents or guardians are responsible for the supervision of minors at all times.
Policy 05
Privacy & Data
Personal information collected during booking (name, phone, email) is used solely to confirm and manage your reservation. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
Photos and videos taken by our crew during tours may be shared on social media. Please inform us before departure if you would prefer not to be photographed.
